Comfort with video editing and production
BFA or higher in graphic design or similar creative degree

Job Overview:
This position oversees the operational logistics necessary to support Traffic and Log Creation functions of the Advertising Sales department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Sales Operations Traffic staff to insure that commercial content is available and properly scheduled on the Network's daily log.
- Manage the complete order approval processes from order entry through advertiser generated log change requests.
- Train, evaluate, and support and sales operations and traffic personnel in the use of enterprise software systems. Work closely with the Network Operations Department and system providers to identify required enhancements and to correct issues with these systems.
- Perform a proactive ongoing review of the traffic, log creation, inventory management and billing processes in conjunction with other departments to optimize efficiency and reliability.
- Insure that commercial inventory is utilized to meet advertiser requirements and maximize advertising revenue
- Resolve billing and invoicing issues
- Develop strategies to adapt to the dynamically changing requirements of the Advertising Sales department.
- Collaborate with Programming, Promotions, and Network Operations in the creation, scheduling and reconciliation of added value interstitial materials.
- Act as a backup to personnel performing daily log duties, including but not limited to managing commercial inventory placement and ensuring the accuracy of the daily logs.
Job Qualifications:
- College Degree in related field preferred.
- 10+ years broadcast traffic operations and sales operations required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively work under changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills with a strong attention to details
- Proficiency with various computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, E-mail, etc.

Job Description
We are looking for a Linux System Administrator who will be a key element within the Rackspace support infrastructure and is expected to provide a high level of technical support to our customers over the phone and via support tickets. A System Administrator is responsible for complex customer issues which may take several days or weeks to resolve. The Administrator applies creative problem-solving techniques to identify the source of problems; as well as keeping the customer aware of every step along the way via the ticketing system.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to configure Postfix/Sendmail
- Set-up virtual hosting within Apache
- Provide various system logs and search them with proficiency
- Ability to perform basic installation of RS supported 3rd party applications (Urchin)
- Ability to create and mount file systems
- Provide high level overview on how FW/LB works
- Able to identify hardware problems and schedule maintenance in our systems
- Identify MySQL issues
- Perform patching on a Red Hat system
- Perform kernel upgrades
- Add and configure basic PHP and Apache modules
- Ability to perform server QC
- Able to perform NIC bonding and test and configure iLO/DRAC
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Requires approximately 1 - 2 years experience working in a computer technical field
- Must have previous Linux principles experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience preferred
- RHCT Preferred
- Able to set up Cron jobs
- Ability to add basic route to system
- Knowledge of common text editor and able to troubleshoot and configure standard services, Web/mail/DNS
- Understanding of DNS principles, understand zone files, and be ability to add/change DNS entries
- Good knowledge of PHP configuration and My SQL foundation including add/remove DB, grant statements, show slave status, log files
- Basic knowledge of Rackspace storage solutions
- Understands performance monitors and their output using tools such as SAR and Nimbus
- Understand zone files, advanced RPM usage
- Basic ability to read and interpret Firewall and Load Balancer configurations
- Basic troubleshooting of clusters
- Proficient knowledge of CLI
- Proficient with network file systems, NFS/SAMBA

- Design and maintain the internal systems and hardware required for the in-house development team;
- Lead projects, do design, architecture, implementation, and support of both shared and dedicated hosting services like web, email, DNS, and monitoring.
Skills / Qualifications
- Outstanding PHP and MySQL programming skills are a must;
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, team-development environment is critical;
- Additional expertise with technologies like jQuery, CSS, etc. is preferable;
- Considerable real-world experience working within a LAMP development environment;
- Commitment to good development practices and methodologies.

ROLE of the POSITION
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas is seeking candidates for the position of Web Communications Analyst. This is a full-time, 12-month, professional position. The position will report to the IT Communications Coordinator.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Communications & Creative Services group within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in improving and maintaining OIT’s website and web applications. Primary responsibilities include gathering and editing content, conducting user research, developing information architecture, providing OIT staff with advice and counsel on communications planning specifically as it relates to their websites and other media projects, and developing systems for on-going maintenance and content management. The individual will be responsible for daily maintenance and updates, incorporating forms, templates and user-friendly interfaces for database-driven information. The individual holding the position will be expected to work well in an organization that values service, innovation, competency, integrity and collegiality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Two or more years of related professional experience
• Experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create standards-compliant web interfaces
• Experience programming in PHP
• Experience using web content management systems
• Experience with graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
Preferred:
• Experience administering and developing for Drupal
• Understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals
• Understanding of user-centered design best practices
• Understanding of web accessibility best practices and Section 508 compliance
• Experience planning and conducting user research
• Experience designing and implementing themes for content management systems
• Experience designing for the mobile web
• Experience working in Higher Education
SALARY RANGE
Salary competitive; contingent upon labor market. Position is contingent upon funding with a minimum starting salary of $60,000.

Overall Description:
An Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects for an account or several accounts. This individual is the key point of contact both internally and externally. All account correspondence should flow through and to this individual to maintain an understanding of the various activities and projects occurring for their prospective accounts.
Launching new products and programs, developing merchandising plans with their retailers, creating and executing promotional activities and resolving account issues and barriers is essential in growing the account business. Ultimately, the Account Manager is responsible in achieving the agreed upon company sales objectives for an account or their portfolio.
Specific functions:
Launching New Clients:
Ø Create powerpoint presentation specific for the account – RFP's may be required
Ø Coordinate meetings to present offers/products/program with the appropriate parties and decision makers
Ø Request for contract or NDA (if required) from legal and forward to client for review and sign-off
Ø Coordinate internal and external cross-departmental meeting to discuss set up requirements and timing
Ø Create and manage a roll-out schedule for the requirements with completion dates for all departments internally & externally, to ensure launch date is achieved
Ø Coordinate & create training materials to conduct account training sessions for Retailers or TM's or DM's (middle management).
Ø Secure and develop merchandise home for the prepaid category and products with client
Ø Secure and develop authorized POP materials
Ø Develop and implement yearly promotional/activity calendar. Evaluate promotional results and or sales contests.
Ø Develop plan to set up terminals in store – POSA set up checklist or third party installations
Ø Execute launch…telemarketing…selected store visits
Ø Monitor sales closely for the first 3-4 months to identify non performing SKU's. Develop an action plan to help increase the lower volume product sales
Launching New Products & Programs:
Ø Create powerpoint presentation to communicate the product/program, including the 4 P's (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion)
Ø Coordinate meeting date with the client to present the presentation
Ø Follow-up on any questions or issues the client may have in regards to the new program so they may be able to make the decision to launch the program
Ø Once client approves program:
o Legal:Request amendment or contract/agreement (NDA when required) from legal department, review contact and forward to client for review and sign-off. Address and resolve requested changes and clarifications for clients with legal, VP of Sales or Supplier of the product(s). Ensure sign-off copies are sent to client, DW legal and copy for account manager files.
o IT: Communicate to IT the approved product/program and details to launch the program in the POSA terminals. Understand the requirements from IT to communicate to client. Set-up meeting with client IT departments as required.
o Accounting: Communicate to Accounting Department the approved product/program and pricing details – Retailer Discount, and Retail Override if required. Set-up meeting with client accounting departments as required.
o Merchant Services: Communicate launch kit requirements or launching details for the product/programs. Communicate launch date and shipping details.
o Account Set-up: Complete client listing forms and forward updated price page. Discuss launch requirements with client – kit contents, shipping instructions, launch date, POP requirements, placement, accounting set-up, terminal upgrades or gateway download, etc…
o Suppliers: Correspond with Suppliers as required to coordinate the product launch.
o Product/Program Launch Materials: Create memo, update order form, sell sheet, updated POSA product grid and any other material required to successfully communicate the launch to the Retailers. Utilize account internally communication process to ensure Retailers are aware of the new product/programs.
Reporting:
Ø Generate and provide clients with specific reports as required
Ø Generate and provide clients with annual and semi annual sales reports (at a minimum). Some clients request sales reports more frequently.
Ø Request rebate reports from accounting and ensure rebates are paid accordingly to contracts
Ø Have all retail account addresses entered into FCMS and update as required
Correspondence:
Ø Daily correspondence with client …e-mail, voicemail
Ø Monitor sales for various products and recommend activities to stimulate sales
Ø Resolve escalated customer service calls which 1st level Customer Service has forwarded
Ø Escalate pending issues with VP for resolution as required
Ø Set up conference calls as required
Ø Provide competitive comparisons as required
Ø Request for new terminals for new stores
Ø Identify account weakness and build plan to address and resolve
Ø Create selling tips or monthly/quarterly newsletters for Retailers
Ø Coordinate quarterly program refreshers
Ø Resolve pricing set up issues as required
Ø Communicate Suppliers promotions or product changes
Business Reviews:
Ø Create and present semi-annual & yearly business review and account plans
Ø Execute agreed upon activities and plans
Trade Shows:
Ø Plan and prepare booth materials
Ø Coordinate shipping of materials
Ø Book flights & hotels when required
Ø Follow up as required
Franchisees:
Ø Create and send out agreements
Ø Set-up new clients – accounting and IT requirements
Ø Create materials for launch kits
Ø Price changes
Other:
Ø Contract renewal & negotiations
Ø Occasional store visits
Ø Set up terminals as required
Requirements:
• Minimum two (2) years relevant professional experience in account management.

Summary:
The person selected for this position will act as a server operations lead on our Application Server Management team. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that application server environments are well maintained including proper patching, disk, log, and other resource management, and health monitoring. Additionally, he or she will be heavily involved in the operation processes required to maintain SharePoint, JBOSS, and LAMP/Drupal environments to include:
- SharePoint site/farm provisioning and support
- SharePoint, JBOSS, IIS, & LAMP/Drupal configuration
- Software deployment and change management
- Outage response and remediation
- Conducting analysis to identify issue root cause and solutions for remediation
- Seeking out stability and performance problems and recommending solutions for remediation
- Documenting current environments and modify as environments change
- Look for opportunities to improve the team's processes and systems
Occasionally, the associate will support principal-level associates as project needs require. Finally, the associate will be responsible for coordination of operation schedules including on call rotation, deployment scheduling and coordination with development teams, and issue remediation.
Qualifications:
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree(s).

Technical Requirements
- Experience administering a high availability SharePoint 2007 environment and/or a LAMP stack
